When embarking on a project, it is important to have in mind a certain number of good practices to promote the management of this project. Even if some of these practices may seem obvious to some, it does not hurt to always have them in mind in order to apply them wisely!
So I recommend that you always have this checklist at hand before starting any project management. Review them or memorize them… but apply them!
