Today, emails tend to increasingly replace paper mail, both on a personal and professional level. It is an ultra-practical and very effective mode of communication but often impersonal. Ultimately, since its creation, email has evolved very little.
One way to make an email more interesting (especially at a professional level) is through the email signature. It is indeed a real source of information for your interlocutor. But for it to be effective, it must be well done and, if possible, pretty… And in general, to get out of it with honors, you have to go through some HTML code, which is not within everyone's reach.
The good news is that it exists a free online tool that does the job for you in just a few minutes. It is simply called Signature.
Create an HTML email signature with si.gnatu.re
Creating a signature for your emails with si.gnatu.re is very intuitive. The site is in English, but a priori, there is nothing complicated. Just go to Signature and click on “Create a Signature” at the top right.
You will then be able to configure a lot of things and add as much information as possible via 4 tabs designed as 4 successive steps:
- General : here you must enter all the data concerning your name, your possible company and your contact details
- Socials : all links to your social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Images : you can add a logo or banner
- Styles : everything about formatting with several predefined signature templates, colors, fonts…
As you create your signature, you will be able to see the result in real time using the preview tab on the left of the screen.
Once your signature is complete, you have a link that will allow you to find your signature and make changes for 30 days. If you want to skip this limit to be able to modify your signature ad vitam, you will have to make a modest payment of $5.
