Like many millennials, I have a hard time living without my smartphone. I rarely travel to places that are isolated enough to be 100% disconnected. But did you know that the average person checks their phone 110 times a day? Gulp…
Phone addiction is becoming a problem for some people. 40% of people use their smartphones in the toilet, and 1 in 10 use them in the shower (yes, really!).
But that's not all, 20% of 18-34 year olds admit to checking their phone while making love (atmosphere atmosphere) and almost 60% of people take a look at it before going to bed.
Problem of the decade for the youngest, 77% of parents testify that the use of their teenagers' smartphones has been a subject of dispute (ok, each decade has its problem: Internet, 10 years ago, television before that...). Not surprising, because 50% of teenagers admit to being addicted to their phone.
