It's hard to say if this is the first Selfie of history, but in any case this self-portrait by the Anglo-Swedish photographer Oscar Gustave Rejlander made around 1850 was auctioned and sold for 70 pounds sterling (around 000 euros).
In fact, for 70 pounds, it was an album containing 000 photos by the same photographer that was sold... but it seems that the seller did not expect that much since he had set the reserve price (a price below which the sale would not be made) at £70 (around €100).
