Artificial intelligence and machine learning have definitely entered into customs and uses. More and more developers are using these learning formats to create ultra-powerful tools in different fields. The field of images is particularly promising. I told you a few days ago about This Twitter bot allows you to colorize black and white photos in just a few seconds, here is now a free online utility that allows you to improve the resolution of photos in just a few clicks.
Visit Let's Enhance, drop a photo of your choice into it and upload it (you will need to create a free account). Let the utility run for a few seconds before offering you three different and, surprisingly, usable results. Here is an example made with a photo that I reduced to 10/XNUMXth of its original size before sending it to the tool:

The result is relatively average, but has the merit of avoiding the pixelation effect that can be seen in the reduced image.
But I also did a test with an image rather than a photo and the result, for once, is really amazing:
I've tried the tool with quite a few photos, and in my opinion the "Magic" filter works best with photos. The "Boring" filter can help remove some of the blemishes in logos and graphic elements. In addition to enhancing it, both filters enlarge your original image to four times its size. There is a third "anti-jpeg" filter, but it doesn't seem to do much at the moment!
While the results aren't perfect, they can certainly be useful for enlarging vector shapes and preserving old photos.
The tool still seems to be under development, and we can imagine that the future will hold some nice surprises with an even higher quality of results.
