Rain in video games. This is a rather surprising subject! But it must be said that over time, video games have become more and more realistic to the point of even integrating more or less advanced weather mechanics... the latest Flight Simulator is a particularly impressive example of realism concerning the representation of rain and good weather!
Based on this observation, YouTuber Jez Burrows had fun compiling 30 minutes of rain footage from 30 video games released in recent years, including, for example: Animal Crossing, Life is Strange or even Uncharted.
Beyond the unusual nature of such an edit, this video allows us to see how rain is treated in games with very different styles and atmospheres!
