Paris and New York are undoubtedly cities that are particularly striking due to their appearance, their culture or their popularity in people's minds. This is why NORD Collective, a collective of designers wanted to pay tribute to them by comparing them side by side in a rather nice little animation.
To carry out this work, the collective was inspired by a book by Vahram Muratyan published in 2012 and entitled “Paris versus New York”.
The result is quite successful and thus compares the 2 cities on many points without ever taking sides. Baguettes vs Bagels, Quasimodo vs King Kong, Bobo vs Hipster are all elements of convergence and divergence… I'll let you discover!
