The laptop range Lenovo ThinkPad is rather well regarded by professional users. And for good reason, they are well made, very sturdy and offer good performance. The ThinkPads T and X are the top of Lenovo's range of computers, the T models being the high end and the X models being the lightest and thinnest.
Among the X series computers, the ThinkPad X1 YOGA stands out from the crowd. It has the very classic look of Lenovo computers with their matte black chassis. With a "feather" weight of 1g in its lightest version, it does not lose any in terms of quality. But what makes this machine a UFO? It's its YOGA qualifier. Indeed, the screen can rotate 270° (long live flexibility!) to position itself on the back of the keyboard and transform, in a way, this computer into a tablet. Currently using a Microsoft Surface Pro, I can tell you that switching from PC mode to tablet mode is absolutely brilliant. Here, the big advantage is that it is a real PC, with a real integrated keyboard!
At the screen level, the ThinkPad X1 YOGA is equipped with a 14-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 2560 x 1440.
The keyboard is very functional. Backlit and liquid-resistant, its keys retract when the computer is used in tablet mode. This helps prevent accidental keystrokes when you hold the tablet in your hand or place it on a desk. Clever!
The computer comes with a digital pen that will please the most creative among you. Simply place this pen in its slot for 15 seconds and it will be functional for 100 minutes.
In terms of performance, the larger models are equipped with Intel® Core™ i7 vPro™ with RAM memory of up to 16GB.
Lenovo announces a battery life of 11 hours which seems a little optimistic… but why not?
In short, if you are used to Lenovo computers, this 2-in-1 convertible model should appeal to you because you will find your bearings while discovering a new dimension with the tablet aspect!
Moreover, to prepare well for Christmas, you can benefit from 15% off ThinkPads T and X !
