Well, I admit that the service I am presenting to you today is not really a new feature on the web, since it was democratized in 2008, but it still deserves a reminder for people who may have missed it (and there are some!).
doodle.com is a website that aims to simplify the planning of events (dinners with friends, meetings, vacations, etc.).
Indeed, it is sometimes very difficult to find a common date when organizing an outing or an event with a lot of people.
After long exchanges of emails, text messages, phone calls, etc., it is not uncommon to see an event simply cancelled due to a lack of compromise on a date...
But fortunately, there is doodle.com.
This web service will allow you to find the date that best suits all the participants of the event you want to organize! Not bad!
For this, nothing could be simpler, you create an event on the site, you select several dates that suit you (while you're at it), you specify times and then you can invite participants or simply send the survey link to your contacts!
You can also make some settings such as the mandatory nature of the answers for each date, confidentiality (only the organizer sees the answers), the possibility of choosing only one answer...
Then, each of your “guests” will be able to select the date(s) that suit them best and it will then be very easy to choose THE DATE with the most participants. Finally, it's also a surefire way to choose the wrong date for a person you'd like to avoid at all costs! Clever, huh!

I tried it, it works great. One detail, however, the site identifies the subject of the meeting you have organized and suggests sites that respond to this subject. For example, if you put "donation", it suggests when you close the survey: "calculation of notary fees". That's strong, isn't it?
