There are a large number of tools that allow you to download videos from the Internet, both through installing software on your computer and through online services.
I won't hide from you that my preference goes to this second solution which does not require the installation of additional software on my computer!
Among these online services, I discovered a few days ago Streampocket, a no-frills, free video downloader!
Easy to use, just paste the URL of the page where your video is located where it says " Stream goes here"
Then press the red button shaped like a real button!
While the tool retrieves the video, you will be treated to a little psychedelic animation and then an audio cassette will appear at the top of the screen.
Right click on it and select the option Save link as to save the video to your hard drive.
It's hard to make it simpler ! No information is available about Streampocket, but the service allows you to download videos from most video sites (Youtube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, etc.) and streaming sites.
