There was a time when I used Windows Movie Maker on my computer to occasionally edit videos… it was far from perfect, but it did the job for a novice like me. Then with the iPhone and tools like iMovie I started to make more and more small edits of my holiday videos… So I started to get a taste for it and as soon as I need to edit something I go through my iPhone. The results are great, but it is not always practical…
But I recently came across FlexClip, a free online video editing utility! And I have to say that it's very useful, because it's really very easy to use.
Editing a video with FlexClip
To edit a video with XNUMX features you , you will first have to create a free account on the site…. the advantage is that your videos will then be saved on your account. It should be noted, however, that for the moment, FlexClip only works with Google Chrome.
Then you can create a new project to start assembling your work.
No frills, FlexClip lets you upload photos, videos or make title sequences. It is also possible to upload music to provide the soundtrack.
The titles are well done with a small library allowing you to test different simple or more modern styles with cool animations. On these titles, it is also possible to upload your own logo which can be practical for a blog like Byothe.fr or even for a small corporate film. Moreover, in the rare options available it is also possible to use your logo as a watermark on the entire video.
At the moment, the tool does not have many options, but it still allows you to easily edit in HD quality with possible exports in 480, 720p and 1080p in MP4 format.
FlexClip is therefore a good tool to keep on hand for quick and easy video edits!
