A few years ago I introduced you to KiApporteKoi (and not kiapportequoi), a site for organizing events and managing what everyone brings in order to simplify your life.
I recently discovered a quality alternative that you can find under the sweet name of Freatle (pronounced “friteul”) developed by developers from Nancy.
The principle of this site is very simple since it allows you to list who brings what for an evening or an event.
Manage who brings what with Freatle
To get started, you need to create an event on the site and add a list of things to bring (drinks, food, plastic cups, etc.). Creating an event takes just a few clicks. Enter the name of your event, add a short description, specify who is inviting, and that's it. To create your list of things to bring, enter a title and quantity, press the "+" button, and that's it!

Once your event created, invite participants by sending them a link to it. They will then be able to indicate what they will bring and even add new elements.
When your friends receive the link, they do not need to create any account. They just need to enter their name or nickname to interact with your event. Anyone with the link will therefore be able to intervene…
Finally, the site offers you several summary views to know who brings what. First of all you have a view by participant:

The second view allows you to take stock of each item on your list… this view is particularly useful if you want to see what is going to be missing.

And the last one is a summary by participants and by items.

In short, Freatle is a very practical tool that should greatly simplify the lives of organizers of all kinds of events... so you will no longer have to worry about who brings what!
