Want to know how much you've spent on Steam? Valve, the company behind Steam, keeps track of every dollar you've spent on your account. We'll show you how to see how much you've spent on Steam since you created your account.
Third party tools like SteamDB will "estimate" the value of your Steam account based on the sale price of the games you currently own. But what we're interested in here is seeing exactly how much money you spent on Steam – so far – without any third-party tools. The only downside is that you will get the information in dollars, but you can still convert it to euros quite easily with any conversion tool (for example Google).
Know the amount spent on Steam?
As I write this, I have absolutely no idea how much I've spent on Steam.
To find this information, go to Steam and click on Help > Steam support

On the support page, click on Account

Then go to Your Steam Account Data at the end of the page.

And finally, find the option External funds used in the list of displayed possibilities.

You're finally there! On this page, you'll see three different numbers:
- TotalSpend: This is the total amount of spending you have done on your Steam account… so that’s the number we’re interested in here!
- OldSpend: This amount is for spending you made before April 17, 2015 (when "Limited User Account" restrictions were put in place to protect the accounts of people who didn't spend at least $5 on Steam).
- PWSpend: This represents funds spent on Perfect World accounts. Perfect World Entertainment is a Chinese developer that has a partnership with Steam, allowing Valve to operate Dota 2 and CS:GO in China.

Gulp! One thing is for sure, I had no idea I had spent so much money on Steam! But now you know how to find your amount spent on Steam!
