When you are very present on the web, especially via social networks, you do not realize the amount of personal data that you transmit to third parties. Some information must be provided when you register, others are given as you communicate.
So here is an infographic of what the six major tech giants have officially admitted to collecting in terms of personal data, in accordance with their official confidentiality policies.
This data is numerous and while some may seem harmless or obvious, such as your name, email address, or phone number, others may seem more worrisome, such as your credit card number, search history, or location.
But as you will see below, Google, Facebook, Apple, Twitter, Amazon or Microsoft are not all interested in the same information about you. Facebook, Microsoft and Google are by far the ones who are most interested in your data…
