It is not always easy to find your way around the different mobile application stores, whether it is the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Windows Store...
The search is not always instinctive, the stores are too big or too complicated... in short, we don't always find what we are looking for.
So for some time now, There is Quixey, a unique search engine since it will offer to carry out an application search on the platform of your choice (Android, Blackberry, iPhone/iPad, Windows Phone).
The big advantage is that you can search either by directly typing in an application name or by typing in a query like "sports application" as you would to search with Google.
If the site is in English, it will still understand your queries in French but will only return applications for which the native language is French... so to get more results, I advise you to do your searches in English.
Besides this main search function, Quixey offers you easy access to “trending” applications by clicking on “Trending” in the top menu bar or you can browse applications by theme by clicking on “Browse”.
When you click on an application you get all the essential details: descriptions, screenshots, prices, applications of the same type... as well as a link that will take you to the relevant store (App Store, Google Play or other...).
Finally, for Android users, know that Quixey also exists as a proven application!
In short, Quixey is a fairly complete alternative to some app stores which can sometimes be tedious!
