There are quite a few sites that allow you to do this online drawing, but few are as simple and refined as Kleki while giving a nice range of possibilities for good designers (which is clearly not my case).
Even though I'm only talking about it now on Byothe.fr, Kleki is a free tool which has existed since 2010 and has been regularly updated by its developer!
Simple and ergonomic, it is essentially made up of a large blank page (which you can scribble on as much as you want) and a vertical banner on which you will find all the brushes, tools and options.
In terms of tools, without any frills, Kleki is designed to be efficient and therefore only includes the bare essentials: a felt-tip pen, a brush, a pencil and an eraser. All these instruments are of course configurable in terms of the size of the line, its opacity, the color or even the grain.
On the other hand, Kleki has a layer system that allows you to create quite detailed drawings and thus have fun.
Likewise, undo/redo buttons allow you to go back if you messed up. And what's great is that the "undo" button logs the changes and allows you to go back a long way!
A series of parameters allow you to adjust quite a few details: rotation, dimensions, contrast, color curves, saturation, negative, perspective… and it is also possible to import an image.
Finally, when you are satisfied with the result, you have the option to export your work in PNG format to your computer, or if it is not finished, you can save it locally on your browser. It is also possible to connect different cloud services such as Dropbox, Google Drive or Evernote.
In short, Kleki is a nice free online drawing tool that should appeal to anyone who loves to doodle!
