There are quite a few tools on the web that allow you to plan an event or create surveys. This is the case, for example, of the very famous Doodle which has almost become a common noun (I'm available, no problem, we'll make a doodle) or its “free” alternative Framadate.
But the tool I'm going to present to you today is a very interesting alternative to these two tools. It is very easy to use and does not require any registration or account creation.
These books are LetsFind, a free site really well done!
Plan an event with your friends or create a poll with LetsFind
When you arrive on the LetsFind website, you will be presented with two options. You can choose to create a poll by date (to find a date that suits the greatest number) or a text format survey (the classic survey).
Then in both cases, you will be able to give a title to your survey and possibly add a description.

The rest differs slightly between the two types of surveys.
If it is an event planning, you will also be able to add an address or a link (for a video conference, for example).
The next step is to enter dates or date ranges to offer to survey respondents.

If this is a survey, you will have to enter the different response options that you are going to propose.
And that’s it… your survey is ready to be broadcast!

The site generates a URL that you will be able to share to participants. Another URL will allow you to view the results and a last one to edit the survey if necessary. Keep these links, because you will not be able to retrieve them.
However, the site gives you the option to enter your email address in order to receive a notification each time someone participates in your survey. In this notification email, you will be able to find access to the results page. It is also possible to retrieve a summary of the information relating to your survey by email.
In short, the site is really well designed and very easy to use. Some will complain that it is in English, but I think that its use is relatively intuitive and it can really be used by anyone!
On the other hand, some settings are missing, such as the ability to leave only one choice to people responding to the survey... as the tool is designed, a participant can check all the answers in the survey.
