I don't listen to podcasts often for the simple reason that I have a lot of trouble finding shows that really interest me. I tried a few times by browsing the dedicated application in the Apple universe... but meh!
So it was with great interest that I discovered List Notes. This is a podcast search engine which draws on resources from around the world.

Like any good search engine, Listen Notes' home page consists of just a search box. Enter a few keywords and start searching.
But this is not the strong point of this tool. Indeed, by carrying out your research in this way you will find many results but which will not necessarily be suitable.
So where this tool makes the difference is that it allows you to add filters to refine your search!
Language, category, region, duration… are all filters that will allow you to find a relevant result!
The results of research are displayed by episodes or by podcasts… You can thus find episodes which include your keywords or even channels which cite these keywords.
Once you have done your search, you will be able to listen directly to all the podcasts from the site, share them by email or on social networks or even download them. It is also possible to save in a dedicated space by creating a free account on Listen Notes.
The site also offers different tools to discover the best or most popular podcasts. You can also browse other users' playlists.
Likewise, the site has set up a podcast recommendation tool based on the podcasts you like!
Finally, an absolutely overpriced premium version ($10 per day!) allows you to have additional tools, including advanced filters... But you can totally do without it!
