Create a “Drop” to share your files on MeeroDrop

A Drop is a collaborative sharing space in which you and your contacts will be able to share and view available files.
Creating a Drop couldn't be easier. Just go to MeeroDrop and click on the big yellow "+" in the middle of the screen to start importing your first files to share. Simply launching a first download will create your Drop.
And what's absolutely crazy about this service is that in addition to being free, it doesn't display any size limits for your files and no time limits for their storage... It's just crazy!
By default, Drops expire after 15 days, but you can extend the duration up to 60 days. You will then be notified 5 days before the Drop expires so you can extend it or let it die.
You can then add files to your Drop at any time, create "boards", a kind of folder to store your files if you have a lot of them. And of course, you can invite other participants by indicating their email address or by sharing the link to the collaborative space.
In the settings, you can also specify the rights of the guests: download, add files, comment and like. It is also possible to protect the Drop with a password or to validate the files sent by your guests!
Finally, you can name your Drop and add a cover photo to personalize it.
This tool does not require any registration. You will only have to give your email address when creating a Drop. However, it is possible to create an account to easily find all your Drops.
What about security? All your files are sent encrypted and are permanently deleted when your Drop expires or when you delete it.
