Orange Mail is an email service that allows you to access your emails from a web browser. You can also download the Orange Mail application to access your mailbox directly from your smartphone or tablet.
A mail address is assigned to each customer of an Orange offer allowing them to consult their Customer Area.
Featuring an intuitive interface, this mail service is intended for both individuals and professionals. A pro offer has even been set up for those who wish to benefit from more services.
In this article, we share with you some tips that will allow you to optimize your use of Orange Mail.
Personalize your Orange Mail messaging
Speaking on Orange Mail, it is possible to remove certain features in order to adapt the mailbox to your use. Save on speed and manage your emails more efficiently.
To do this, you can decide to remove home page. This will save you from wasting time unnecessarily and allow you to access your messages directly.
You can choose to display the inbox directly, so when you log in, you can get straight to the point.
You can finally remove the display of confirmation screens. Rather than constantly receiving notifications to confirm every action you take, avoid wasting time and move straight to the next task.
Manage your address book
Like other email services like SFR mail, Orange Mail obviously has a section where the user's contacts are grouped together. But rather than leaving your various contacts ordered haphazardly in your address book, you have the option of group according to the criteria of your choice.
Gather your contacts into relevant groups, such as: family, work, friends, etc.
See you in My contacts, click on the tab Groups and Create ou Add. Continue by choosing a name for the group, validate and sort the contacts according to the group in which you wish to place them.
This tip allows you to manage your contacts more smoothly while giving you the ability to broadcast messages to multiple contacts.
Organize your Orange mailbox
An email box can quickly become a complete mess. professional emails that get mixed up with spam. Drafts to send that get lost under a long list of sent messages. Nothing very encouraging to become more productive.
The solution is organization.
Create separate folders for each type of email: sent messages, inbox, drafts, spam, etc.
Very important thing: classify these same files by order of priority. Most of the time, it is the inbox that must appear at the top of the list in order to have direct access to the messages received.
To create a folder, it's simple. Go to the section My folders then choose Manage and follow the instructions.
Also note that the classification of emails can be done automatically (as it often is by default) but you can also choose to change settings at your convenience.

Received a very strange message telling me that it is not possible to receive or send emails after November 30, 2023. My device is not suitable!!!
Is this a fake email? Thanks in advance.
