I have already presented you with quite a few online tools for taking screenshots of websites, but they all had their specialty: capturing an entire web page (Full Page Screen Capture, Screen Capture…) or capture only what is visible (Screen Guru).
Pikwy has the advantage of being quite flexible in what it can capture from a web page and that's not its only advantage!
Take a screenshot of any web page very easily with Pikwy
If you've been taking screenshots for a long time, you know how laborious it used to be to take a screenshot… you'd first have to take a screenshot of the entire screen by pressing the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard. Then you'd have to open Paint and paste your screenshot, then crop it to get the area you wanted to keep.
Fortunately, this is no longer the case thanks to online tools like Pikwy. Everything is much simpler.
To use Pikwy, simply paste the URL of the page you want to take a screenshot of and tinker with the various settings available in the utility to achieve the result you want.
So, you will be able to play on several factors. First of all, you will be able to specify a screen resolution to have a rendering of the site adapted to this resolution (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.). So if you choose a smartphone resolution, you will see a capture of the mobile version of the site that you want to capture. The site offers many predefined resolutions, but you can also manually adjust the width settings (width) and height (height).
You can then choose to take a screenshot of the entire page (full size) which will allow you to have a screenshot of the page from top to bottom.
Finally, you can choose between two image formats for the capture you are going to recover: JPG or PNG.
Once you have made all your settings, all you have to do is press the “Capture screenshot” button to generate your capture.

I came across this page by chance, but I am interested in the question of screenshots. The Pikwy solution is interesting but it faces a difficulty: the page you have on the screen and the one that Pikwy will have may be different due to browser initializations, advertisements, protections, etc.
In fact, we would need a capture tool that also allows you to simply and quickly modify the layout of a full capture of a web page. Indeed, it is designed according to the choices of its author (in general there are too many spaces, too many ads) and you want to memorize it according to your own criteria (save only the essential, in an image as small as possible)
For my captures I use the chrome extension Gofullpage (very efficient) and the photofiltre software (efficient, even if it is old) and carry out numerous copy-pastes, and reductions, operations which have the disadvantage of being long)

The interest of this service is underlined by several. However, if I remember correctly, there is still a step to take: being able to define "blocks" (with a lasso-style tool?) in a captured page to indicate the areas to keep and process, to arrive at the desired "layout" by moving blocks, possibly reducing the size of one or more blocks, and generally quickly mastering empty spaces of text or images.
