Twitter has been one of the most popular social networks for a few years now. It is a platform that allows you to express your opinion on any subject and to provoke exchanges with other users all over the world.
Twitter is a great tool to start conversations about topics in all areas, from politics to sports to new technologies. More and more "experts" are using Twitter to analyze a situation or simply tell anecdotes in what are called "Threads" or discussion threads in good French!
What is a Twitter Thread?
Initially designed to exchange short messages of 140 characters (280 characters since 2017), Twitter has evolved to allow content creators to share chains of messages, these famous discussion threads or #thread! They have the advantage of being able to communicate on important subjects in a more structured way than publishing successive independent tweets.
So, clicking on the first tweet in a thread takes you to another page where you can see it, as well as the other tweets that follow it. This makes it easy to read all the tweets in a single thread.
But what if you want to print or keep track of a thread that particularly interested you?
Save a Twitter Thread to PDF with ThreadMagic

To keep a thread going, there is a tool that allows you to convert a Twitter thread to PDF : ThreadMagic.
ThreadMagic is a free online tool designed to convert Twitter threads into PDF documents.
It's super easy to use and the tool doesn't have any options. Just copy the Twitter thread URL and paste it into the box in the ThreadMagic interface.
Once the Twitter thread has been converted to PDF format, ThreadMagic sends you a copy to your email address, which you can then download. The different messages in the thread are each printed on a PDF page. It would have been nice to be able to group them on the same page or at least put them one below the other... too bad.
Other than that minor gripe, it's a really handy tool if you want to save a Twitter thread to your computer or share it with other people without them having to go to Twitter.
