- Let participants deposit money into your pot using their bank card and follow the progress of the kitty in real time

This makes it the ideal site for joint gifts (weddings, birthdays, etc.), stag/hen parties, fundraising, vacations with friends, etc.
All transactions are encrypted, secure and managed by BNP Paribas so that no banking information is transmitted over LePotCommun.fr.
The website earns money by taking a commission on each payment made by participants in the pot (2.9% for transactions under €200 and 1.5% above). The commission can be managed in 2 ways:
- commission deducted: the participant pays 25€ and 24,27€ will reach the pot
- added commission: the participant pays 25€ and pays 0.73€ commission… 25€ falls into the pot
At 3 years old, the service seems to have gained experience and maturity and most users seem satisfied (as evidenced by the 9.2/10 rating on Trustpilot).
