Online image clipping is a topic that I have been covering regularly on this blog since its creation. I have presented several tools to remove the background from your photos such as Remove.bg, Background Burner ou Clipping Magic ! All of them have more or less advanced features and options and my preference is Remove.bg. But that was before I discovered Trace.
Trace is a very easy to use and very powerful tool that will remove the background of your photo to keep only what it has identified as the foreground.

It's hard to get easier than Trace for clipping images and removing the background.
Indeed, you will have to go to the site and create a user account. Once this prerequisite is completed, you just have to upload your photo by clicking on the "Upload a photo" button.
In just a few seconds, Trace will remove the background from your photo and show you the result.
From then on, you will have several possibilities. Either you download the photo on a transparent background to use it elsewhere, or you can directly add a colored background or a photo from the thirty offered by the site.
While this application is very simple and effective, we regret the fact that it is not possible to select the elements you want to keep. Thus, if several people or objects are in the foreground, you will be forced to keep everything.
But ultimately, Trace is a really great tool that offers really fast and good quality clipping! One thing is for sure, it is now definitely one of my favorites on my browser.
