There are quite a few online services (sites or plugins) that allow you to download videos from sites like YouTube or Vimeo, but for once, I'm going to introduce you to a very, very effective software that will allow you to do the same thing and even more!
Indeed, Usnip is a free software that will allow you to retrieve videos hosted on more than 80 popular sites like Youtube, Facebook, Dailymotion, Flickr, Vimeo… but that's not all!
Usnip will also allow you to recover only the soundtrack of a video to convert it into Mp3 as online services do for example Peggo ou TheYouMp3.
Very easy to use, once the software is launched, you just have to copy the address of the video that interests you and paste it in the dedicated field of Usnip (moreover Usnip realizes by itself that you have copied a URL and generally takes care of pasting it by itself).
You then have several tabs.
The first, Video, allows you to start downloading the video (while choosing the format and quality that suits you).
The second, Audio, works on the same principle as the first, but to extract only the soundtrack.
You then have a settings tab with a few simple options, requiring no special knowledge.
Finally, you can launch multiple downloads on the last tab after having previously pasted a series of links to your videos in a text file.
