This is good news, because WhatsApp, the famous instant messaging service that has been around for many years on smartphones, is now coming to your computers with an official version for Windows and Mac!
The service was previously available on computers, but it was necessary to go through a webapp, which is less practical than a native application!
Once the application is installed, you will however need to use your mobile application to scan a QR code that will appear on the screen and allow you to log in. To do this, on the application, go to The settings of the mobile application. Then click on Web WhatsApp then Scan the QR code. And the connection to your account will be done automatically.
You will thus recover all your contacts and the history of all your conversations in order to continue them at the office 😉! Note also that messages read on the desktop application will also be marked as read on the mobile application… and vice versa!
If you are a regular user of WhatsApp on mobile, you will not be disoriented at all and you will find everything that makes the charm of this application which has more than a billion subscribers worldwide!
With the release of these official computer applications, WhatsApp is now present on the main mobile and fixed systems!
