When Bill Gates finances eggs without chickens!

egg-without-chickenTo the question "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?", we will soon be able to sadly answer "Bill Gates".

Indeed, the businessman and "philanthropist", founder of Microsoft, finances projects that are close to his heart in his spare time.

And that's the case with this crazy project... well maybe not so much when you think about it a little.

In fact, an American start-up, Hampton Creek Food, has been developing for several months a product that aims to replace the egg.

Made from plants and cereals (notably sorghum), this product has the taste, texture, color and above all the same emulsifying properties of the egg.

And thanks to this, it can completely replace the egg in mayonnaise, in cakes and even for making omelettes!

Vegan Bill Gates is about to reintroduce fried eggs to his menu! And that's priceless!

Hampton Creek Foods, founded in 2012, currently only sells its creation as mayonnaise, but the company has a number of products in development, including a cookie dough (cookie dough) which can be eaten cooked or raw.

Beyond these considerations, the production of these eggs without hens would make it possible to considerably reduce energy consumption and pollution generated by poultry farming.

On the other hand, I think that the synthetic chicken is not about to hatch!
