A quick reminder of a tip that can often be very useful.
Indeed, we may sometimes need to retrieve information from our computer screen to transfer it to a friend or even to our company's IT department... however, if we use the "Print Screen" key it can sometimes be counterproductive because it captures everything that is displayed on the screen.
Whether you don't want to show everything or you want to clarify the message by capturing only the useful window, there is a simple and effective solution to capture only the window that interests us.
It's simply a keyboard shortcut.
Bring the window or software you are interested in to the foreground and press the button at the same time Alt and the key Screenshot, your capture will then be saved in the clipboard and you can paste it into an email, a document or into photo software.
By pressing Screenshot uniquely :
Alt + Screenshot :
An alternative to this solution will of course be the very useful one Windows "Snipping Tool" but which could prove ineffective when you want to capture something that is only displayed when the mouse passes over it, for example!
Convenient, huh?
