So with Zulu, just like with your browser, you will be able to save the links of the sites that you visit regularly and access them from anywhere…and to top it all off, the site offers a much more visual interface.
To use Zulu, the first thing to do is to create a 100% free account... it takes just a few clicks and if you have a Gmail address you can use it to authenticate yourself.
With a focus on usability and data organization, Zulu allows you to create as many panels as you want to organize your bookmarks by theme (for example). And when creating a new panel, you can choose how your favorites will be displayed: as a cartridge, in columns or as cards.
Display in the form of cartridges (pills) is recommended for panels related to projects or pointing to Google Docs documents. Links are displayed in bubbles and usually use the logo of the destination page.
Displaying in columns (columns) is very useful for adding an extra layer of organization. Thus, you will be able to group links in columns by theme in the same panel.
Finally, the display in card format (cards) and particularly suitable for saving articles. Indeed, you will be entitled to a nice display which includes the title of the page or article as well as the illustration image.
To add bookmarks, you have two options. The first is to add them manually from Zulu by clicking on the "Add Link" button or by doing a CTRL+V directly on the site. You will then have to enter the URL and give a name to your bookmark.
The second, very practical, involves installing an extension on your browser (Chrome, Opera and Brave). So, when you browse the web, just click on the extension icon and you will only have to select the panel in which you want to see your favorite appear and it will be saved!
Share your favorites and collaborative mode
Another very interesting feature of Zulu is that this tool allows you to share your different panels either using a link or by inviting someone using their email.
If your contact is not logged in to Zulu, they will be able to access the favorites that you have shared with them in read-only mode. On the other hand, if they have a Zulu account associated with the email address to which you have shared them, they will be able to edit your panel by adding or removing links.
